Response Status Codes

Status Code	Endpoint(s)	Description
`200 OK`	All	The request was successfully processed.
`400 Bad Request`	All	The request cannot be processed due to validation errors. Check the `errors` field for specific failures.
`401 Unauthorized`	All	Authentication credentials are missing or invalid. Verify the `Authorization: Bearer {token}` header.
`403 Forbidden`	All	Valid credentials provided but the account lacks the required scope. Verify `loads:read` or `loads:action` scope is provisioned.
`404 Not Found`	All	The requested route or resource does not exist.
`500 Internal Server Error`	All	An internal error occurred. Retry the request. If the issue persists, contact support with error details and timestamps.
`502 Bad Gateway`	All	The server received an invalid response from an upstream service. Retry the request.

Common Resolution Steps

400 Bad Request

Invalid equipment value:

Verify the value is from the allowed enum list and is lowercase: van_dry_53, reefer_53, flatbed_48, etc.

Invalid pickup date format:

Use YYYY-MM-DD format: 2025-12-01

Invalid deadhead value:

Maximum value is 300. Units must be mi or km.

Missing required booking fields:

bookingContact requires both name and email
emptyCity requires city, state (2 chars), and countryCode (2 chars)
equipmentType must be a valid value from the booking equipment list

401 Unauthorized

Request a new access token via the Authorizer API
Verify the header is formatted as Authorization: Bearer {token}
Confirm credentials are correct

403 Forbidden

Verify your token was issued with the correct scope:
- loads:read for search endpoints
- loads:action for bid and booking endpoints
